How to stake/unstake

When activating staking, the entire wallet balance for the corresponding coin will be staked.

Staking coins on Margex is a quick and simple process.

Once you have funded your account, simply navigate to the Wallet page.

In the Your Balances section of the Wallet page, click the stake/unstake slider button to stake your wallet balance for the desired coin:

Once you have activated staking for the desired coin, your entire wallet balance for that particular coin will now be staked.

When enabling staking for the first time, a confirmation prompt will pop up:

Note: Staking payouts are calculated and allocated to the Wallet balance daily. Yield is generated only for active stakes that have been activated prior to the previous payout time frame. Staking yield is calculated based on the lowest value of the balance since the previous yield payout for the corresponding coin/token.

To unstake coins simply navigate to the Wallet page.

In the 'Your Balances' section of the Wallet page, click on the stake/unstake slider button:

Once you have disabled staking for the desired coin, your entire wallet balance for that particular coin will be unstaked.

Note: Staking payouts are calculated and allocated to the Wallet balance daily. Yield is generated only for active stakes that have been activated prior to the previous payout time frame. Staking yield is calculated based on the lowest value of the balance since the previous yield payout for the corresponding coin/token.
