Yes. Most codes have an expiry date. The First Deposit Bonus must be claimed within 7 days of registration. The $50 Sign-Up Bonus has no expiry. Other codes show their expiry in the Promo Code Storage tab.
First check that the code hasn't expired and that you've met all activation conditions (e.g. a qualifying deposit). If the code is in your Storage tab, it means conditions aren't fulfilled yet — it can be activated once they are.
